Heidi O’Connor, Principal and Vice President of Consulting Services for The Corridor Group, Inc., has over 20 years of experience in home care and hospice management. As Director of Business Development for one of the nation’s largest home care providers, O’Connor negotiated managed care, vendor and provision of service contracts, renovated the intake and referral department and developed strategic business plans to position the organization to succeed in the rapidly changing health care market of the late 80s and 90s.

Over the last 10 years, she has focused on strategic positioning and development of home care service lines for health systems. She served on the advisory panel for a John A. Hartford Foundation funded project for the development and dissemination of a Medication Management Model Program for home health, a collaborative initiative of Partners in Care, Visiting Nurse Service of New York and Vanderbilt University. She is also a member of the Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation and served on the first steering committee.
