As a health care professional and home care expert it has been interesting to be a part of an ever changing landscape. The challenge to those of us who have chosen to play a role in health care services is to find ways to continually improve access and to assist in guaranteeing that quality of care is not a privilege but a right. Most importantly we don’t create a double standard in the access to care.
As the Founder of TCG and its subsidiaries, it has been exciting to observe the home care and hospice industries evolve into highly regarded health care service options to patients. The complexity of the business provides opportunity for growth and learning. We at TCG have always recognized the value of knowledge and strive to put forth this focus when we work with our clients in any capacity. I feel over the years this has become a key hallmark of TCG and represents the “Do the Right Thing Right” approach that we take seriously as an organization. We are committed to going the extra mile and to always be aware of this objective. Our company focus on customer service demonstrates our commitment to service quality to our loyal long-term clients and the new ones yet to come.
The business model that I developed over 20 years ago has proven to be as effective today as it was then. Our approach looks at cost effective workable solutions that fit your particular needs. The ability for us to draw upon the expertise of “Been there done that ” Associates has proven to be a valuable asset of TCG’s.The varied expertise of our Associates has been a long-term strategy for success. Our front line structure continues to represent the true backbone of the organization.
With loyalty and great respect for those who have dedicated their lives to caring for those in need of home care and hospice services, we at TCG stay focused on what really matters, the patients and their families. To that end, we strive through our interventions to play a role in making a difference too. Thank you for your interest and support of The Corridor Group.
