The Essentials of Therapy Documentation

Effective April 1, 2011, Medicare updated the “Medicare Benefit Policy Manual” for home health services.  These updates include provisions related to therapy services.  This webinar will discuss how to meet the documentation requirements for these key changes:

1.       Assessment, measurement and documentation of therapy effectiveness
2.       Initial therapy assessment
3.       Reassessment at least every 30 days
4.       Reassessment prior to the 14th and 20th therapy visit
