This Hospice Compare update reflects Hospice Item Set (HIS) quality measure results based on data collected Q4 2016 – Q3 2017 and on Hospice Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®) Survey ® results reported Q4 2015 – Q3 2017.
