CAHPS Hospice Survey Has Been Updated

NAHC and its affiliate the Hospice Association of America (HAA) wanted to share two recent updates, which were posted to the CAHPS website regarding the hospice CAHPS survey – Updates to the CAHPS Hospice Survey Quality Assurance Guidelines Technical Corrections and Clarifications Document and the FAQs. At this time, hospices should be contracting with a vendor to complete a dry run of the Hospice CAHPS survey process. The dry run process should be completed in at least one of the first three months of January of 2015 (January-March). Updates to the CAHPS Hospice Survey Quality Assurance Guidelines V1.0 Technical Corrections and Clarifications Document were made on February 13, 2015. The CAHPS Hospice Survey Project Team has posted an updated CAHPS Hospice Survey technical corrections and clarifications to the CAHPS Hospice Survey Quality Assurance Guidelines V1.0 document.
