CMS has posted the following updates related to the Hospice Quality Reporting Program (HQRP) on its hospice-quality related websites:
- HOSPICE HIS UPDATES IMPORTANT: Hospice providers should review all Final Validation reports to confirm successful submission and processing of HIS data (posted August 3, 2015)
- HOSPICE CAHPS UPDATE MARK YOUR CALENDAR! 2015 CAHPS Hospice Survey Training Set for Sept. 30 (posted July 30, 2015)The 2015 CAHPS Hospice Survey Training will be conducted on September 30, 2015. Additional details related to the upcoming training will be posted on the CAHPS Hospice Survey Web site (www.hospicecahpssurvey.org) closer to the scheduled training date.
