CMS has issued for public display a Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) notice seeking public comments on its plans to require states report on their progress towards electronic visit verification (EVV) for personal care services (PCS) and home health care services (HHCS) through an electronic web-based survey.

This survey will be given to all 50 states Medicaid Agencies, plus the District of Columbia, and five U.S. territories.  This will let the agencies self-report their progress in implementing electronic web-based EVV.
