- Address what’s new in the pre-rulemaking process,
- Provide guidance on completing required fields for measure submission in the CMS Measures Under Consideration Entry/Review Information Tool (MERIT),
- Describe features of MERIT to aid in submitting complete measure submissions,
- Review pre-rulemaking resources, and
- Answer questions.
