CMS will not be issuing a delay in the HH CoPs. Per NAHC, “CMS responded to NAHC’s letter requesting an extension of the effective date for implementation to be the later of July 13, 2018 or six months after CMS has issued the interpretive guidelines and is maintaining 1/13/2018 effective date.”
