The Department of Health and Human Services is asking for feedback on Emergency Preparedness and Response. This survey is short and confidential.
The HHS Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) Technical Resources, Assistance Center, and Information Exchange (TRACIE) is examining the current role of home health and hospice agencies in supporting the health and medical response to disasters or emergencies. ASPR TRACIE is conducting a survey open to home health and hospice agency leaders from across the country to learn about capacity, willingness, and preparedness to respond and impediments to participation.
