Starting on October 1, 2019, hospice base payments will increase by 2.5 percent, that rate reflects CMS’ decision to rebase payment rates for Continuous Home Care (CHC), Inpatient Respite Care (IRC), and General Inpatient Care (GIP) to better reflect costs as calculated using FY2017 freestanding hospice cost Here are the new rates for FY2020
