CMS released a draft of the home heath CoPs Interpretative Guidelines (IGs). Home health agencies have been anxiously awaiting the IG draft so they know how to prepare for the CoPs.
CMS is requesting stakeholder feedback from NAHC and that individual comments should be submitted only through NAHC. NAHC is requesting that comments be submitted to Mary Carr, VP for Regulatory Affairs at mkc@nahc.org, no later than November 10th.
The final draft of the IGs is expected to be released in December.
