The Home Health Care Planning Improvement Act (S. 578/H.R. 1342) has members of congress who are signing up as cosponsors to allow non-physician practitioners (NPPs) the ability to certify Medicare home health services. There are a total of 42 bipartisan cosponsors in the senate and 161 bipartisan cosponsors in the house.
