The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will be hosting a 2-day Home Heath (HH) Quality Reporting Program (QRP) in-person ‘Train the Trainer’ event for providers on November 6 and 7, 2018, at the Lord Baltimore Hotel in Baltimore, Maryland. This event will be open to all Home Health providers, associations, and organizations.
The primary focus of this ‘Train-the-Trainer’ event will be to provide those responsible for training home health agency staff with information about the HH QRP and associated changes between the OASIS-C2 and the OASIS-D which will become effective, January 1, 2019. Topics will include Section J: Health Conditions, Section GG: Functional Abilities and Goals, the Pressure Ulcer/Injury Quality Measure (M1311), and the Drug Regimen Review Quality Measure. Presenters will also discuss reports and other resources available to assist home health agencies in complying with the HH QRP.
