Last Day to Tell HHS Your View on Regulatory Changes

Posted on Monday, December 28, 2020

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has issued a request for information (RFI) soliciting input from a broad array of health care stakeholders on the costs and benefits of the regulatory changes the agency has made in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. HHS indicated it will use comments from the RFI in its determination of which regulatory actions it will make permanent (beyond the public health emergency) or keep as temporary.

The RFI also solicits information on any potential barriers that may exist to making permanent the regulatory actions issued by HHS since the COVID-19 public health emergency.
