A Certified Public Accountant for the last 31 years, Ralph has worked in the accounting profession for over 37 years.
The most recent 9 years of Ralph’s experience has been working as an operating partner for HealthEdge Investment Partners, LP, a healthcare related private equity fund, and at various times serving as the part time Chief Financial Officer for seven of their portfolio companies. Prior to that, he worked with Priority Healthcare Corporation, a national specialty pharmacy and distributor with over $2 billion in annual sales, serving as a Vice President and the Controller of the publicly held company. Priority Healthcare was acquired by Express Scripts, Inc. in 2005.
Ralph gained public accounting experience from Deloitte & Touche, most recently at the manager level. He gained senior level management experience with several start up entities.
Ralph graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1978 from Saint Leo University with a B.A. in Accounting and Business Management. He was also a NCAA Division II, Academic All-American basketball player.
