Attendees of NAHC’s April 3-April 5, 2016 March on Washington Conference in Washington, D.C., will have the opportunity to take action on NAHC’s legislative priorities. The following legislative priorities will be addressed:
- Allowing non-physician practitioners to certify home health plans of care
- Meeting the needs of the Baby Boomer generation
- Ensuring adequate reimbursement for and access to Medicare home health services
- Confirming the availability of hospice and palliative care for all near the end of life
- Protecting and expanding access to home and community-based services under Medicaid
