Senator Orrin Hatch (R-UT), chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, wrote a letter to Seema Verma, the Administrator of CMS, urging her to not finalize the proposed HHGM in CY18 until the agency can validate the impact the changes will have on Medicare spending.
