Supreme Court Expected To Rule On Legality Of ACA Subsidies By End Of Month

The U.S. Supreme Court is expected to rule on the legality of government subsidies under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) for citizens to purchase health insurance coverage on the federal exchange. The results could affect over 6 million people who may potentially lose access to health insurance subsidies. Republicans are divided over how to respond should the Court rule against the Obama administration as many do not want to see millions of people previously enrolled lose coverage so suddenly.
