The 2016 2017 Home Care and Hospice Salary & Benefits surveys, directed by Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS), are still available for participation. Click here to see the questionnaires.
The deadline for participation has been extended to Monday, August 22. To confirm your participation in the studies, please contact Tracy Schilling at TSchilling@hhcsinc.com.
The studies are recognized as the standard for reliable and comprehensive data for home health and hospice agencies. There is no cost to participate.
The Home Care and Hospice Reports will cover salary, hourly, and per visit data on 63 jobs. New to the surveys this year: Coder, Oasis Specialist and Performance Improvement Specialist jobs, as well as per visit staff is compensated for PTO/Vacation.
All of the data is reported by state, geographic region, auspice type, and revenue size. Additionally, information on fringe benefits, shift differentials, and turnover rates are included in both studies.
Results from last year’s reports:
• Home Care Report contained data from over 1,600 home health agencies
• Hospice Report had data from 780+ hospice agencies
The Home Care Report will be published in October; the Hospice Report will be available in November.
