Ranee Madison

Ranee Madison is Vice President of Clinical Operations and Chief Compliance Officer for Corridor. Ranee leads a team responsible for strengthening and expanding Corridor’s quality and educational programs while advancing innovative ideas and partnerships with Corridor’s go-to-market service lines.

Ranee has 20 years of experience in healthcare, with the last 16 years focused on home health and hospice. During her time at Corridor, she held various roles, including Senior Director of Operations where she played a meaningful role in rapidly growing and expanding Corridor’s Coding Services business. Prior to Corridor, Ranee led quality improvement teams, created and managed clinical orientation programs, and implemented a highly successful patient wound care program.

Since being exposed to home health care and hospice industry, Ranee has never considered switching to a different nursing profession. After her first home health visit, she said “This makes sense! If someone had the option, who wouldn’t want to be taken care of in their home?”

Ranee has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from The College of St. Scholastica, Duluth, MN. She resides in Bismarck, ND with her husband and two children. When not at work, you can find her at the hockey rink cheering on her two favorite players, summers at the lake, or on the tennis courts or golf course.
