Craig comes to Corridor with 12+ years of healthcare services delivery experience from Cerner Corporation. His experience includes developing unique engagement models to exceed customer expectations, innovating go-to-market strategies for integrated, clinically driven revenue cycle management, and implementing risk management processes to mitigate and prevent operational challenges. Craig’s significant accomplishments include oversight of Cerner’s 3 largest EMR engagements in Canada, first-of-kind EMR engagements with US state corrections and public health agencies, and substantial ambulatory EMR deployments spanning hundreds of facilities. Relentlessly focused on his clients’ success, Craig and his team deliver insights and tech-enabled process improvements that lead to care delivery efficiency and bottom-line results.
Craig earned a bachelor’s degree from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University with a concentration in Strategic Management. He resides in Kansas City with his wife and 3 boys and is frequently engaged in the community as a volunteer and athletics coach.
