In January 2023 Care Compare will be updated with the Home Health CAHPS (HH CAHPS) Survey results from Q3, 2021 – Q2, 2022. The update will include the corresponding HH CAHPS Survey Star Ratings.
Agencies with 40 or more completed surveys during the four quarters of this period will have their results displayed in Care Compare. Home health agencies can access their Preview Reports for these updates in the “For HHAs” tab of the Home Health CAHPS Survey website.
HHAs will need to log in to the site using their user ID and password.
