U.S. President’s FY2017 Budget Affects the Home Care and Hospice Community

U.S. President Obama has announced his $4.1 trillion FY 2017 budget proposal, providing plans to benefit the home care and hospice community. The budget includes the the delivery reform to encourage home and community-based services, access to coverage of services and quality and cost-effectiveness. The delivery system reform offers full Medicaid Benefits for individuals in a Home and Community-Based Services State Plan Option.
