The National Institutes of Health NIH Releases Information on Eating Healthy and Unhealthy Fats as You Get Older

NIH recently posted information on eating healthy and unhealthy fats on their website, NIHSeniorHealth.gov, including a complete list of which fats are best to eat and which ones you should avoid in your diet.

“Fats are an important part of your diet,” NIH stated. “They give you energy and help you feel satisfied after eating. They also help your body absorb vitamins and maintain healthy organs, skin and hair. But some fats are better for you than others.”
