NAHC announced that 52 Bipartisan Senators have cosponsored the Home Health Care Planning Improvement Act (S. 578), allowing non-physician practitioners to sign home health plans of care.
The following Senators recently cosponsored the legislation:
• Senator Patty Murray (D-WA)
• Senator Steve Daines (R-MT)
