This Special Open Door Forum will provide information and solicit feedback pertaining to the development and testing of Standardized Patient Assessment Data Elements as mandated by Medicare Post-Acute Care Transformation Act of 2014 (the IMPACT Act). This forum will also provide an update on the national field testing, ongoing activities, and ways to stay engaged and informed for the upcoming year.
