CMS will host its next quarterly hospice quality training event Thursday, August 16th from 1-3 PM Eastern. The webinar is entitled “From Data to Measure” and will focus on how CMS takes raw HIS data and calculates hospices’ performance on the HIS QMs.
During this webinar, providers will learn how to interpret the QM specifications, as well as how to interpret the two quality measure (or QM) reports available in CASPER. This webinar is intended for advanced HIS audiences. It is recommended that providers have a basic understanding of the HIS, a working knowledge of the HIS-based QMs, and some familiarity with the QM reports to maximize benefit from this webinar.
