The 2019 MAC Satisfaction Indicator (MSI), a survey administered by CMS, is now available. The MSI is designed to measure your satisfaction as a Medicare provider with the performance of your Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC).
This survey will take about 10 minutes of your time and it will help the MACs and CMS understand how providers might best be served.
The information suggested by participants allows the MACs to make necessary improvements in their operations and helps to inform them on what they are doing well in servicing the home health and hospice community.
