CMS has posted a training video that was presented to the state surveyors on the new HH COPs. It originally aired on Dec. 7, 2017 This 1-hour 34-minute webinar discusses the updated Home Health Agency Conditions of Participation that were revised and effective January 13, 2018. The webinar includes the following topics:
- Organization of the new regulations.
- Changes to the General Provisions.
- New requirements.
- Renamed/re-designated requirements with substantial changes.
- Requirements unchanged/very little changes.
