Bayada Home Health Care has received a bronze-level award from “Chief Learning Officer” magazine’s 2018 LearningElite Program.
This honor is awarded from a peer-reviewed ranking and benchmarking program that recognizes companies worldwide that employ workforce development strategies which deliver significant business results. Winners were chosen based on five criteria: learning strategy, leadership commitment, learning execution, learning impact and business performance results.
BAYADA’s award was for its Operational Leadership Program, a developmental opportunity for office employees who are transitioning into leadership roles. The five-month course combines live virtual classroom sessions via webcast, self-directed learning, mentoring, and experiential learning activities to give participants a blended learning experience.
