Cycle 2 of Provider Enrollment Revalidations

The first cycle of revalidation requests have been completed for all Medicare providers and suppliers. Now, CMS is entering the regular cycle (Cycle 2) of provider enrollment revalidations. The current list identifies the providers and suppliers who are enrolled, along with the revalidation date six months prior to their due date.

The rest will have a “TBD” date until they reach six months prior to the date for revalidation. The list outlines billing providers and suppliers that are required to revalidate. The providers enrolled merely to order, certify, and/or prescribe via the CMS-855O application or have opted out of Medicare, will not revalidate and will not be on the list.
