CMS publicized the delay of the temporary moratoria enrollment of new Medicare HHAs, subunits, and branch locations. The following metropolitan areas have been selected: Florida, Illinois, Texas and Michigan. These locations were chosen to prevent and combat fraud, waste and abuse. These moratoria also relate to the enrollment of HHAs in Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program. The enrollment was extended to January, 29, 2016. For the full article, click here.
