The Home Health Groupings Model (HHGM) was proposed, then withdrawn, but is now again front and center after components were included in the Continuing Resolution signed into law on February 6th, 2018. Chris Attaya, Vice President of Produce Strategy at SHP, and Sue Payne, Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer at Corridor will provide the latest updates from CMS related to HHGM/alternative payment model, as well as a review of the proposed HHGM components.
