The home health and hospice medical review denial reason code data related to the most recent calendar quarter is now available on the CGS Home Health & Hospice website. Data is now available for the top five reason codes for the January – March 2015 quarter, as well as the denial description, number of claims denied during the quarter, and the percentage of claims denied. Additionally, resources to help prevent each denials are provided.
