On 6.18.17, CMS provided notifications to hospice agencies that were non-compliant with respect to the FY2019 Hospice Quality Reporting Program (QRP) requirements.
If you received a letter and disagree with the CMS determination, you may submit a request for consideration by email. All requests must be submitted by 11:59pm on August 17th.
