Hospices Seek to Maximize Employee Satisfaction Amid Pandemic Turnover

Staffing has always been a major concern for hospices, and due to COVID-19, the pressure to keep staff is even greater.  As a result, hospices are always trying to boost morale and support their staff in order to retain them.
