CMS has issued non-compliance letters to hospices that have failed to meet the Hospice Quality Reporting Program (HQRP) for CY2016, affecting the FY2018 annual payment update. The letter includes why the provider is non-compliant. Agencies can submit a request for reconsideration to CMS no later than August 17, 2017.
