The 2018 MAC Satisfaction Indicator (MSI), which is a survey administered by CMS is now available. The survey is designed to measure your satisfaction as a Medicare provider with your Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC).
The survey will take you under 10 minutes and can be found on the website of each MAC and is specific to that contractor. The survey expires May 31, 2018. NAHC asks that everyone take the survey, as it is the best way to communicate opinions of MAC services directly with CMS.
