NAHC 2.0: Where We Stand and Where We Are Going

The National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) has officially launched the NAHC 2.0 Strategic Planning Process. The purpose of this process is to create a stronger, smarter and better health care association to lead the industry in the 21st century. 

The NAHC has hired THRUUE to spearhead NAHC 2.0.  They began by doing an analysis of NAHC’s financials and membership, a review of their internal systems and a competitive analysis of six other associations in the health care industry.   

They have also selected a group of 25 representatives, including Corridor Group CEO, Des Varady and Board Member Jeanne Parker Martin, to come together this month for a NAHC 2.0 Strategic Planning Event.

This group (will help interpret data gathered by THRUUE and identify potential goals for NAHC’s strategic plan. If you have any thoughts or concerns, please reach out to your representative before the event on Tuesday, February 20, 2018.
