NAHC Partners in Launching “Help Choose Home” Podcast Series, Highlighting the Benefits of In-Home Care

Posted on Friday, June 22, 2018 7:40 PM

NAHC has partnered up with Axxess and corecubed on a new podcast series called “Help Choose Home”.  This series aims at educating consumers and professionals about the options available for in-home healthcare.

NAHC President William A. Dombi cited home health care’s vast footprint and encourages members to listen to the Help Choose Home podcasts and share them within their network of contacts. Episodes run approximately 18 – 22 minutes on average, and both professionals and consumers can benefit from the information and insight shared in the series.

There are numerous ways to access these podcasts:

  • In the iTunes store by clicking here

As NAHC members know, research shows that health outcomes are demonstrably improved when patients recuperate at home. The aim of Help Choose Home is to initiate a national conversation about the choice to receive care in the home and age in place. Our goal is to make home a first-choice option in the minds of healthcare professionals, social service providers, insurers, and most importantly, individuals and families.
