NAHC Remarks on Senate Finance Committee’s Chronic Care Policy Options

NAHC has given comments to the U.S. Senate Finance Committee about Chronic Care Working Group’s policy options in a document. Since the December 29, 2015 edition of the NAHC report, the Senate Finance Committee released the policy options document after the announcement of the Working Group in June 2015. Releasing the options document was created to gain additional comments, feedback and input from Finance Committee members and stakeholder groups. NAHC released comments to support the direction of the Working Group, considering that individuals with chronic illnesses should be cared for in their home.
