In correlation to the December 2, 2015 issue of the NAHC Report, the NQF agreed to an annual performance review of the HHS. The plan was released in late November for the current review cycle. There were two specific measures under consideration for the HQRP- oncology care and timely referral to hospice, and measures under consideration for the HHQRP. Additionally, the advance care plan measure is recognized for the MSSP. The most recent January 6, 2016 issue of NAHC Report explains the latest action related to the home health measures.
