NAHC is leading the search for two of the most exceptional nurses in the US. They will choose one home health and one hospice nurse.
Submit a nurse you know to katherine@nahc.org or at hhna.org, the website of the Home Health Care Nurses Association. You’ll submit a brief essay about the nurse’s relationship with the patient, your contact information and the patient’s first name for HIPAA compliance.
The nominations go to a select committee made up of members from the HHNA advisory board, NAHC’s board of directors and its Forum of State Associations. It will be narrowed down to five home care and five hospice nurses. The public will then be able to vote online for one winner in each field. The deadline for nominations is July 15, 2017, and the Home Care & Hospice Nurses of the Year will be announced in November!
