The Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Services (HCS) extended the deadline for submitting information to the Home Care & Hospice Salary & Benefit Study.
The last day to submit your information is August 21st. The study includes over 60 jobs, including CEOs, CFOs, RNs, LPNs, MSWs and HCAs. The study includes:
- Salaries, hourly, and per visits data
- 19 fringe benefits
- Turnover rates
- Shift differentials
- Productivity data
- Planned increases
It is free to participate in the study and if you do so, you can purchase the results at a reduced rate. It is $175 for the home care report and $150 for the hospice report. The results are available in hard copy or PDF format.
