The Medicare CJR Program — How Does It Affect Home Health Agencies?

The Medicare CJR program introduces a payment model focused on hip and knee joint replacements. This program is performed in almost 800 hospitals and in 67 service areas throughout the country, affecting all care provided to patients for 90 days post-surgery.
