On Thursday, July 13th, Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell unveiled an updated Healthcare Reform Bill that is still considered controversial. In short, the new bill provides for skinnied down insurance coverage, Medicaid cuts to the same magnitude as the previous bills while still applying special taxes on the rich that exist in the current Obamacare Agreement.
