Late last night the full Senate began debating a skinnied down version of the Repeal Bill. It met with the same fate as the other Repeal and Replace Bills. It failed mostly along party lines with Senator John McCain acting as a maverick being the deciding vote to kill the Repeal Bill. He along with Senators Susan Collin (R-Maine) and Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) voted down the bill shortly after midnight.
